In order to help these newly employed college students adapt to the work environment faster, enhance their sense of identification and belonging to the company, and smoothly complete the role transition from "campus people" to "Useen people", the Group's H&R has carefully planned a four-day onboarding training activity. From picking up at the station, to training on corporate culture, company policies, safety, etc., to military training, expansion training, and barbecue karaoke parties, and finally holding a graduation ceremony, they are all helping them quickly integrate and improve themselves.
