To further enhance corporate culture and ideological unity, Shandong Useen Group organized a lecture series titled "Useen Grand Lecture: The Power of Thought: An Essential Tool for Enterprise Development" on the afternoon of April 18th. Managers at the class leader level and above (including engineers) and university student representatives attended the meeting.

This training session invited Professor Wang Lisheng, former Party Secretary and Dean of the Institute of Philosophy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, as the keynote speaker. Professor Wang Lisheng hails from Junan County, Shandong Province, and has extensive political experience, having served as the Party Secretary of Qingzhou City for over four years. He graduated from the Department of Philosophy at Shandong University with a postgraduate degree, holding both a Master of Philosophy and a Doctor of Laws degree. He enjoys special government allowances from the State Council and has made significant achievements in both academic and practical fields.
